BIPOC Coach Collective

What happens when you've had enough of being the only person of color in the room? In the coaching industry, this is 1 of the unspoken elephants in the room. In this 1st episode of 'Elevate and Celebrate', we tackle this issue and learn more about a powerful coach who was fed up and decided to do something about it.

This conversation with the Founder and President of the BIPOC Coach Collective, Reem Labib Tyson, sheds a bright light on the dark side for coaches of color looking for a place in the coaching world.

We explored her professional journey in education as well as the inspiration to start the collective in July 2020. Reem shares additional insights about leadership and the frustrations she's encountered as a coach of color.
