What if you had a great mentor supervising your work to help you become a better coach? Our guest this month, Erica Goos, shares her experience with supporting coaches with supervision and the impact it has had on her clients. Erica provides an inside perspective from her experience as a therapist who transitioned to becoming an executive coach as to how she supports leaders of color.

About the Guest:

Erica Goos, PCC, is a leadership development and transition coach and mentor coach and coach supervisor. In her previous career, as a therapist, she was intimately involved with helping people develop. This experience gave her a deep understanding of what helps people grow and change. With this foundational understanding, it fuels her work with executives, leaders, and individual contributors and coaches from many different industries. She believes that coaching & supervision is a transformational process that provides collaborative space for people to draw upon their creativity and resourcefulness to be the agent of authentic and meaningful change of their own lives. And because people are part of many different relational systems, these changes have the possibility to reverberate into transforming many of those systems. She is actively committed to bringing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging to all areas of life and especially impassioned to work with BIPOC leaders, coaches, and supervisees.
